ds32 HEX Merger has the following functionality

  • Merges a application hex file and a ds30 Loader hex file.
  • Detects flash collision between boot loader and application hex file.
  • Main flash export selection, all pages or only used ones.
  • Boot flash source selection, boot loader or application hex file.
  • EEPROM source selection, boot loader or application hex file.
  • Configuration bits source selection, boot loader or application hex file.
ds32 hex merger functionality

This is a small utility that merges an application hex file with a boot loader hex file. The resulting hex file may be used in production. Writing a single hex file instead of writing the boot loader and the application separately saves valuable time.
